“Welcome home” to Wallace House, a self-catered vacation suite with two bedrooms, located between Victoria and Sidney in beautiful Saanichton. Conveniently located, we are only 10 minutes away from the famous Butchart Gardens, Victoria International Airport, the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal, and the Anacortes Ferry Terminal. Victoria is an easy 20 minute drive away. Sidney is even closer, a 10 minute drive.
Wallace House is situated on over half an acre. Although we are in the country, we are an easy walk to a major grocery store, banks, restaurants, coffee shops and all other amenities. Our area is in the midst of walking and bicycling routes and trails. We have views across the farm land to the ocean, Gulf Islands and Mount Baker. Our guests can walk to a local beach in about 20 minutes.
Our vacation suite offers over 1,100 square feet of comfortable living, with two bedrooms, suitable for couples or families, up to four people. An open-concept kitchen, dining area and living room makes it spacious. The suite has wireless internet and its’ own laundry facilities. There is no smoking on the property.
