Rates
Based on double occupancy: Our rates include all taxes and fees.
October 1 – April 30: $275/3 nights; $550/week; $1900/month
May 1 – September 30: $350/3 nights; $700/week
Additional persons: $20 per person/per night
Deposit required on booking, balance due upon check-in. PayPal accepted. Check in after 4:00 pm., check out by 11:00 am, unless otherwise arranged. Sorry, no smoking or pets on the premises.
